The Rumukia Farmers’ Cooperative Society Ltd is a group of 617 farmers and 320 women farmers in the Nyeri district. Close to Mount Kenya, it benefits from a volcanic soil rich in nutrients, perfect for the cultivation of exceptional coffees. The altitude of these plantations allows for coffees with a very specific terroir. This  light roast Thunguri is characterised by a markedly acidic taste accompanied by aromas of citrus, red fruits and chocolate.
