This batch of Specialty Coffee from Finca La Pradera in Colombia goes through several stages from the moment it is picked. In a hermetically sealed vat, it undergoes 72 hours of anaerobic fermentation with the addition of strawberries, passion fruit or kiwis and wine yeast, followed by the “Honey” process.
This trio has all the qualities of Colombian coffees, with strawberry, passion fruit and kiwi aromas to let your taste buds travel.
