The Calhute farm is located in San Pedro Necta in the prestigious Huehuetenango region. The coffee trees grow between 1500 and 2000m altitude and the processing of the cherries is very ecological, especially with regard to water management. The “Pacamara” hybrid is particularly appreciated for its organoleptic qualities. The balance of flavours and its aromas of candied fruit with a chocolate finish make it an exceptional cultivar.
