Head to Panama and the legendary Janson Coffee Farm. The farm’s Geisha coffees are highly renowned, with very limited availability. This lot 581 was harvested at 1350m altitude in February 2024. With a natural anaerobic process (58h fermentation) and our light roast, it reveals exquisite notes of orange blossom, jasmine, and blackberry with a complex acidity. Best enjoyed with filter brewing methods.
