Heading for Ethiopia and its highly renowned Guji region in the Hambella woreda ! This natural coffee is mainly grown in the forest in the shade of natural vegetation, which allows the coffee to ripen slowly and develop its full aromatic potential. It is then processed at the Layo station, where the cherries are dried 3 weeks and regularly turned over on special drying beds to ensure uniform drying. Our medium roast develops aromas of blueberries, a floral note of violets and a hint of chocolate. Slight acidity with a silky, delicate body. Enjoy it as an espresso!
