The Fincas Los Rodriguez adventure began 35 years ago when founder and former banker Pedro Rodriguez pursued his passion for coffee. Today, Pedro has become one of the pioneers of speciality coffee in Bolivia. Pedro also created Agricafe, an export company that he runs with his daughter Daniela and son Pablo. Agricafe also runs a social programme called ‘Sol De La Mañana’ designed to motivate and train other small producers in their region. This washed Arabica Cattura develops aromas of grapefruit and green apple, with delicate acidity, a silky body and beautiful balance.
