Finca San Rafael Urias is located in one of Guatemala’s most famous coffee-growing regions: Antigua. It is one of the oldest known farms in the region. The farm was founded at the end of the 19th century by Don Rafael Valdés Quiroa. Today, it is run by the third generation of the Valdés family. The farm is located in a special micro-valley between the Agua and Fuego volcanoes, providing rich, fertile soil. This lot reveals chocolate, caramel and lightly fruity notes. It has a mild acidity and a silky, delicate body.
