This coffee from the region of Yirga Chefe is produced by Zinash Adugna who holds 3.6 ha located at 2000m altitude. Zinash is married and has 5 children. Her farm is located in the village Harfuso Waro. The ripe cherries are pulped at the washing station and the beans are then left 72 hours in fermentation tanks. Following, they are dried in the sun on African beds. The coffee has aromatic notes as varied as citrus, flowers and caramel with a very delicate body.
