Ready to infuse
Per 200 ml cup, we suggest brewing 5g (one tablespoon) of cascara in 92-degree water for 4 to 6 minutes.
It is the ideal method to get the most out of cascara, while limiting its natural caffeine level (similar to a black tea).
In order to vary your pleasures, when brewing you can add a few mint leaves or a piece of ginger, and why not a spoonful of honey or agave syrup.
The dried cascara is to be consumed only as an infusion.
