Cascara is the pulp of coffee cherry, a dried fruit, rich in antioxidants and polyphenols, energizing thanks to the presence of natural caffeine, and contributing to the burning of fats by its natural draining active ingredient. Ideal in infusion.

The Pedra Azul comes from the Camocim farm, near the Espirito Santo region of Brazil, which cultivates its coffees in forests according to the principles of biodynamic and sustainable economy, preserving wildlife and water resources.



Ready to infuse

Per 200 ml cup, we suggest brewing 5g (one tablespoon) of cascara in 92-degree water for 4 to 6 minutes.

It is the ideal method to get the most out of cascara, while limiting its natural caffeine level (similar to a black tea).

In order to vary your pleasures, when brewing you can add a few mint leaves or a piece of ginger, and why not a spoonful of honey or agave syrup.

The dried cascara is to be consumed only as an infusion.
