Ready to brew
Per mug of 200ml, we recommend to brew 5g (a large tablespoon) of dried cascara in hot water (92°) for about 4-6 minutes.
It is the ideal method to get the most out of cascara, while limiting its natural caffeine level (similar to a black tea).
In order to vary your pleasures, you can without further ado add a few mint leaves or a small piece of ginger during your infusion, as well as a spoonful of honey or agave syrup. Enjoy!
Dried cascara is only to be consumed as an infusion.
