Naturally rich in antioxidants and polyphenols, this green coffee cultivated in agro-forestry by Camocim farm according to biodynamic principles, contains a natural active agent, the chlorogenic acid, popular as part of healthy and balanced diet that contributes to fat burning.

The Camocim coffee beans are produced in the region of the mystical, monolithic mountain of Pedra Azul/ Espirito Santos, Brazil, at 1,200 meters altitude, cultivated in an agro-forestry system, preserving the fauna, flora and water resources, with a controlled organic cultivation according to the DEMETER principles. It is a sustainable farming that maximizes conservation by fusing ancient wisdom with modern methods; it offers holistic stewardship that integrates plants, animals, water, air and soil into a self-regulating ecosystem; and it produces clean food made with absolutely no GMO’s artificial fertilizers or chemical sprays.

Ideally infused :

3 teaspoons for 200ml of water at 80° for 6-10 minutes (as for a green tea). Prolonging the infusion time will increase the bitterness and the caffeine level.

In order to vary your pleasures, you can without further ado add a few mint leaves or a small piece of ginger during your infusion, as well as a spoonful of honey or agave syrup. Just enjoy !
